To not be able to do "the thing" can feel exhausting, disempowering, and anxiety-provoking, potentially leaving a person’s self-worth feeling crushed. Existing in an ableist society, a place that isn’t designed and built with you, us, in mind, can feel downright depressing at times. ADHD and Autism assessment waiting lists are frustratingly long, often spanning years. Trying to manage on your own may feel overwhelming. Maybe you want to do something for yourself while you wait to reach the top of that list? Or perhaps you don’t care about getting a diagnosis or their lists? If you identify as ADHD, Neurodivergent or simply feel that my support could be right for you, you are most welcome with me.

As a coach, I am both non directive and directive, working to support and guide you within your boundaries. With my skills, I want to support you in navigating the barriers you face while also providing emotional support. I aim to offer you a supportive relationship (not toxic niceness). It is my hope that together, we can build you a toolkit to help you reach a place where you can do "the thing!". Whether it’s dealing with doom piles, disorganisation in your job or studies, low self-worth, spoon management, rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), or life's unique overwhelm – let's tackle it together!

With my ADHD Coaching, I can specifically help with;
