The government's Access to Work (AtW) scheme offers free grants for coaching and counselling, aimed at supporting disabled and/or neurodivergent individuals in starting or maintaining employment. You do not need for a formal diagnosis.
Counselling sessions support you with work-related anxiety, stress, depression and burnout.
Coaching covers areas like executive functioning, managing overwhelm, developing strategies to time manage and much more.

Eligibility: You must be 16 or older, employed or self-employed (or about to start), and reside/work in England, Scotland, or Wales.
How to Apply: Applications can be made directly on the GOV.U website.
Choosing Your Preferred Specialist (Bespoke Option): Do you prefer support from a counsellor or coach who shares your intersections, or has similar lived experiences as you? If another provider is in your initial referral, you can still inform the DWP of your preference for a specific specialist, such as AJ Goodlad or another chosen professional. It's flexible to meet your needs. To make accessing support as smooth as possible, it's best to have this information ready for them at your assessment. Access to Work will want to know your chosen specialist meets your assessment criteria.
