It's a warm sunny day, AJ Goodlad looks into the camera smiling. Behind him are some bushes with yellow flowers.
He has blue eyes, greying blond hair, beard, silver chains around his neck & wears a blue denim shirt.

ABOUT ME
Hi, thanks for landing here. I'm AJ Goodlad (he/him), an intersectional queer, neurodivergent Person-Centred Psychotherapist, Counsellor and ADHD Coach.
I’ve had the privilege of being in the role of psychotherapist and counsellor for the past decade, bringing with me a rich background of supporting and advocating within disabled and neurodivergent communities and clients for 20+ years.
I have extensive experience in Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity Therapy (GSRDT) - you do not have to educate me in Queerness. I get it.
I meet with clients predominately Online (UK and Internationally). Online meetings are on 'Sessions' (Psychology Today platform), Telephone, or Therapeutic Email. There is some opportunity for face to face 'Walk and Talk' sessions on the South Downs in Spring and Summer months.
I am a member of the BACP (Advanced Practitioner), the ADHD and Neurodiversity Universal Coaching Alliance and the Association for Coaching.
I’m friendly, soft, warm and empathic, with a passion for client autonomy and empowerment.
Away from my private practice, my special interests include growing my own food, off grid living, aquascaping, long walks with my dog in nature and working out.
